Some weddings take years to plan…. Nicole and Brock planned theirs in just a few short weeks so the people who mattered most could be there. They gathered their closest family and friends for an intimate celebration at the Winnipeg renowned Fort Garry Hotel, beginning the day with their ceremony in the grand ballroom, follow by photos at the Manitoba Legislative Building. The wedding party travelled between locations in a yellow school bus, perfectly fitting for the bride who happens to be a school teacher.
Once everyone arrived back at the hotel the celebration shifted into fullllll swing, and the night seriously turned into the kind of party you never want to end. A grand chandelier ballroom, a champagne tower, and a palpable sense of excitement for the couple. This reception was one for the books. These two were surrounded by soooo much love. Their loved ones had surprise after surpriseee waiting for them throughout the evening… sentimental gifts shared during speeches, a slideshow of childhood memories their parents put together, the most INSANE flash mob performance to Mamma Mia by the moms and wedding party, giant poster signs of their dogs’ faces, and more! The night seriously beamed with joy in its purest form. And for that, this wedding will forever have my heart. 🤍
